Steinbrenner Field, spring training home of the New York Yankees. Local celebrities including current and past NFL players, past MLB players radio DJ's and law enforcement officials will be showing off their softball skills, vying against the young women athletes of the University of South Florida's (USF) Women's Softball Team. Attendees have a chance at winning outstanding raffle prizes between each of the innings including Bucs, Rays and Lightning Tickets, a 40in TV and more. Sponsors of the Celebrity Softball Game and prize donors include: Publix, Arnima Design, USF Embassy Suites Hotel, Pride Enterprises, Tampa Yankees, University of South Florida, and Nutrishop of Brandon. All proceeds will benefit PAL of Tampa's youth education, team sports and self-esteem building endeavors offered to Tampa children and their families at an affordable fee.
