Mr. Ratra has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry as an entrepreneur, senior consultant, project manager, project leader, systems analyst and developer. He has spent over 10 years on Wall Street in New York City where he handled and managed technology projects at financial organizations such as Chemical Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, JP Morgan and Company, Bankers Trust Company, Deutsche Bank, US Trust Company and TIAA-CREF. He has also worked at Fortune 250 companies such as Nortel Networks and Sears Roebuck and Company.
Under the leadership of Mr. Ratra, Arnima has executed hundreds of web presence, technology and internet marketing projects from concept to implementation. As CEO, he provides that strategic vision and executive direction that has enabled Arnima to grow from a 2-person company web design company to a 30-person end-to-end web presence company over the course of the past three years.
Mr. Ratra attended Polytechnic University in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and attended New York Institute of Technology in pursuit of a Master's in Business Administration.
Born in Beijing, China, Mr. Ratra has resided in a number of countries, which include China, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Mauritius, Lebanon, Italy, Canada and the USA and has also traveled extensively. He is fluent in English, Italian, Hindi and Punjabi and has a good working knowledge of French.

Mr. Kapoor has over 12 years of experience in the IT and manufacturing industries as an entrepreneur, analyst and project Manager. Mr. Kapoor has spent several years in the manufacturing industry where he spearheaded the development embedded software application solutions in the niche industry of automated weaving machines and looms. This was followed by the design and development of a robust ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution for the manufacturing industry. In 2003, he joined Mr. Ratra at Arnima Design.
Mr. Kapoor was instrumental in setting up Arnima’s development center that has grown to over 25 employees. As COO, he provides the strategic operational direction for Arnima and oversees and manages Arnima’s development center. He has a unique knack of being able to combine innovation with practicality and effectiveness, thereby providing the best possible business, marketing or technical solutions in a given situation. He has an excellent project management skills and excels at pinpointing exact user requirement.
Mr. Kapoor obtained his Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi Institute
of Technology in India. He has also done a short term management course from
